There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1997-02-24 House Journal Page 0446 HB 45 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 1, line 14: Delete "believe" Insert "suspect ªBELIEVEß" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kelly objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" CSHB 45(HES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 45(HES) pass the House?"
